To me, Twilight is sorta boring, now that I think of it.... All it has is romance and suspense. Sorta fantasy. (Vampires ARE fantasy, but they barely use that skill really in the books) But Harry Potter has fantasy, suspense, sorta romance, but you never know what's gonna happen. =P

I finally read both books (HP to see what all the big deal was about, Twilight because oif a dare) and I can securely say that Bella Swan needs a psychiatrist of some sort. Really, I'm not a qualified proffesioanl, but I can diagnose her with a few disorders just off the top of my head.
