A story that might just change our mind about bullying

The day I started 3rd grade everything changed...I walked throught the doors thinking I had the BEST teacher ever so happy to meet her.But the one thing I didn't like about it was that a girl named Monique Sanchez was sitting a row in front of me... she was very rude but I brushed it off.Walking into the classroom,greeting my teacher with a smile,it was so awesome!I loved this year so far!A few days later I walked back in.There she was Monique whispering to some friends (well, people I thought of as friends) they smiled and giggled as I passed I was wondering what they were talking about but I didn't ask...I gave my student planner to my teacher Mrs.Jean yet something didn't feel right about today.I wondered why...I was walking home with a friend and she said
"Jessie you know how Monique was talking to some of us?"
"Yea why?"
"Well...she was talking about you."
"Why??"
"She called you a cry baby I dunno why..."
This made me pretty upset but I still didn't tell an adult there was no reason why so I brushed it off.
During maybe the middle of the year I got called other names...I started having my friends drift slowly away from me.I started playing by myself at recess,I went into a small depression,The only thing I had were my family and a small teddy bear I had sence I was maybe 6 months old...My mom asked me what was wrong and I finally confessed about the small type of bullying I was put through
"Sweetie why didn't you tell me earlier!?"
"I didn't want to make a scene or anything so I brushed it off..."
"Jess,ALWAYS tell an adult about these kind of things!"
"Mom I just...never mind."
I had to make grown-up decisions before I was even 12 Finally Third grade was over and I moved on to 4th...My teacher was Mrs.Pinsky and I heard she was very brutal on her kids i begged to be in a different class but I wasn't,it dissapointed me about how much I didn't like her...People soon started spreading rumors about me.I started running home crying and complaining about how hard it was...teachers didn't do anything they just thought we would work it out on our own.But we didn't.This time a boy was bullying me...Javon Lennon.He was WAY taller than me,he would get up in my face,call me "Missy",and threaten to break my glasses and hurt me,teachers still didn't do anything this made me pretty mad...I would burst out in anger and yell back...they blamed me,I came close to hurting a few kids,the reason was because they would tease me...Finally 5th grade.... this was my year to get out of this dumb school...Then middle school (YAY!) ha! Nope a girl named Tamy was teasing me behind my back now...called me catty,a b***h,and other things...I had to go to theropy to get over this...My teacher was suportive thankfully...So here I am now...12 years old and proud of myself,simply because my drama may be over this year...I don't know but I think I can do it..

thats alot to go through something similar happened to me but im over it and happy to be over u gotthough and thats all that matter

similer heres my story first day of first grade so happy to go to a new school start fresh thne i came in the door a nice girl greeted me savanna so nice! i was really happy we use to hang out alot then theres was this girl kaitlynn fancy stuff all the way so one day i was playing with her then she came up to me she said " WHAT ARE YOU DOING WITH HER SHES MY BEST FRIEND " im like well im just with her thats all then she said " SHES MY BEST FRIEND I WAS HER FRIEND FIRST " then i said well Please dont get mad i had to deal with that for a while soooo one night i got a brand new case of markers and a really cute note book i brang them out and the girls my friends colored in the pages and my friends didnt like her all that much so the made pictures of her inside of it o.o katelynns friend was spying on her told the teacher and i got in trouble a as soon as i found out my best friebd savanna was leaving to korea i got sad so i met this girl erin she was really nice so she said " your my best friend " i felt so happy the year in 2nd grade i got my fav teacher this time i had bigger problems o.o arelette so she said im her best friend you cant play with her i felt bad so i brushed it off then she got a little mean so i didnt care the 3rd year ( WORST YEAR EVER ) 3rd strict teacher i begged my mom to change it MORE PROBLEM gabby was there shes mean so like all the other times i just brushed it off first erin CHANGED she was mean i got in like so many fights finally arelette and i were friends we played alot and we all got in fights and arelette and i were in the same computer class so one day the messed my key up by pressing on them a then one day SHE HIT ME i got so mad so itold my mom she said " OH ASHLEY " so then she got all mad then they both changed it was the worst time of my life mom called the school the time when we were in class the phone went on ring ring it siad ' arelette coem to my office i knew it so the next morning the told so i got really sad i cried and decided not to play i cried watching them i kew they were talking about me i felt so betrayed so a fifth grader boy who makes sure no one had a problem so i told him i saw the red in thir face i knew the reget what they said so i was saved my mom came we had lunch together i told her so a few days later we made up kinda then they were on the pole they were walking around it i herd them they were talking about there names arelette was AT but so mine sounded like a bad word so they made fun of it i was angry now really angry so.. i told my mom they tld the prince able it started again o.o then finally the teacher told me your moving to a new class i felt happy but it wasnt OVER now every one was talking about it in the play ground ' so why did you chnage classes' erin got mad so mad then all of a suddun arelette was sick so erin came up and she acted like we were friends again then she came back now thye were mad at me then was just ' vistiting ' a priveate school so as i walked down the field i saw erin i shouted ' TELL ARELETTE IM GOING AWAY FOR A DAY ' after that day i never came back i was in the new school and till this day i never saw them again.... i hope this year is better XD sorry its so long!

Wow... I know how you feel definitely. Bully's think were NOT going to do anything about it but SOME will and SOME won't. Words are more powerful than you think.

I went through similar things but i didn't start until middle school :/ most of my grade school friends are not my friends anymore (only a handfull) and i made friends with other people. I HATE the cliques in my school :l its so annoying but i dont care what clique people are in, i will go talk to them if i want to no matter how much people stare and say why are you here?.. as Ani said.. girls get older and meaner. Dont brush things off if they really matter to you, only brush things off that come from people who think being popular now will make them popular later in life.. because chances are the quieter more respectful kids will have a great life and popular kids will live an average life. Popular kids be rude to some kids to keep a reputation, but when they are not with kids that they try to act cool in front of.. they are pretty decent.
