Great story I found!

Everyone thinks the wolf from the story of “The Little Red Riding Hood” is big and bad. But he wasn’t bad. Actually he wasn’t very big either, smaller than an average wolf. I should know, because I am the wolf himself.

So one day I was out in the woods, just walking along. Then suddenly, a little girl in this ridiculous red hood pops up. I mean seriously, the things humans wear these days.

But that little girl had a basket. And there was a really good smell coming from the basket. I wondered what was in it and then it hit me- bread!

I have always loved bread. Never liked those disgusting humans wolves were “supposed” to eat. And who can kill cute animals like squirrels and bunnies?

I decided to go ahead and steal the bread basket from the girl. Look, I know stealing is wrong and everything (and as you can see, I’m a nice wolf), but those humans can always make more bread. Us wolves? Noo.

I stalked the girl for what seemed like an hour, waiting for the perfect moment to pounce on her and steal the bread. Then I saw a house and it seemed like the girl was heading toward it. I realized that if she went into the house, I would never get my chance. I would have to go and steal the bread now. I took a deep breath and pounced.

The girl with her silly red hood of hers saw me. She realized what I was heading for, she pulled back her basket. Having lost my target, I fell on the dirt path with a thud.

“Go away you evil monster! Or else… or else I’ll tell my mother about how big and bad you are!” the girl threatened me. If you consider that a decent threat. I snorted. A wolf that can’t even stand killing a rabbit, is big and bad?

Anyways, she ran off back along the dirt path. Probably to tell me off to her mother like she said. I rolled my eyes, sighed, and continued walking through the woods before this ridiculous girl came along.

About a day later, I overheard some humans talking about the “big bad wolf”. You will not believe what the girl told her mother. Some old lies about me being a bloodthirsty wolf, her grandma, and hunters who “saved” her.

Can you believe that? A bread-loving wolf with the reputation of a human-eater. Just great.

Stupid humans.

I read the first paragraph and I immediately told myself, "I know this story. "

I think it's cute. When I read it I felt sympathy for the wolf. o o

There was a story with the three little pigs like it before.

I know this story. I think almost everyone knows it.

I like this story alot, the humor is great.
