Premium Birthday Gift

No. But they didn't pay for membership, so they have to get a non item.

It's ONE item out of the hundreds of member items. I'm getting to think you just plain hate nons.

Sharp, the only reason why I think this is a good idea, is because its a NICE gift for your birthday from Fantage! And its only once a year!

Nons can get 1 member item for their birthday (but they have to pay for it)

Mems get 1 member item for their birthday (for free)


Simple. Its a nice gift for a birthday. Simple.

10/10 great idea! <3 or so many days before your birthday fantage would send you a message and you could send them a wishlist of what you wanted and then they would randomly send you one of the items off the wishlist

The thing is with member items that a lot of kids don't understand is the fact that even if you purchase member items and then BECOME a non-member, you WON'T be able to use those items anymore! You will have to purchase a premium membership no matter what! Unless, Fantage's staff makes THAT specific item available to BOTH members & non-members.

'Cos, members (there's snobby ones, y'know,) go around, "MY OUTFITS COOLER THAN YOURS HA HA" and stuff like that.

Sharp, your argument is "Members should get member items since they pay." because you're a member. If you were a non member, you would think differently.

I knew that - I've known that since I lost my first membership and haven't gotten another.
But anyway, I meant that Fantage WOULD make that specific gifted item available to both members and non members.

So, know how you can only set your birthday ONCE, and that's only when you create the account?
Well, duh, you can't change the birthday, so you would only get the free item once a year.
So if you logged in on your birthday, (it would HAVE to be on your birthday!) you would get a little note or something that would flash up in the left hand corner of the screen.
You would click it, and it would say:

Something like that.
I'm going to send this in to them... I think it'd be pretty cool if they did do this. [;

and i said my comment because most people don't realize that - but i think it's a great idea... and i think you should totally e-mail them. maybe you will get a response!

The thing with that is that Fantage has to get the technology to do this.

You see, on virtual worlds their items work as to some members getting items and others not. They make the items available to subscribing users (on Fantage, this would be the premium member.) to make money. The problem with the idea is the fact that Fantage probably doesn't have the technology to add this feature, but by some chance they could just use the same type of information they did for the double star cupon an that might work.

sorry sharp, but you saying that someone can't have ONE memebr item out of the hundreds that are made by Fantage is being cheap, in a way. But if that's you're opinion, then, well, whatever.

If something like the St. Patricks Day 2008 items (i think 2009) are a lot of people's favorite items. If Soemone's birthday is during march, and they get last year's St. Patricks Day item (very rare clothing & premium member item), members will get extremely angry. If a non got the Le Shop jackets, which I and lots of members like, I'll be sending complaints, and so will many other members. The non will end up getting someone's favorite rare item which doesn't make it fair at all. That's why:

Members get membership items.

Nons get nonmember items.

Its just equal that way.

Its called Groups! If they take the stuff from our group, and we don't get anything that only belongs to us, that sucks.

No, I wouldn't be happy. I wouldn't want a member's item, or member's favorite member item. I rather would except my nonmember stuff, then be getting subscribed stuff.

Guys, its like geting a magazine so ultra ultra ultra rare, and you didn't subsribe to that.

it doesn't have to be the same item, it could be something different.
