| It's better than last time, but its still chibi style, or looks it, even if you said it isn't.  One thing I think that you should work on is details. Right now it's a bit blocky, here, let me draw over it with a red pen to show you what i mean.  The main tip is, draw from your wrist, not your fingers or hand. It's hard to do with a mouse, so do it on paper and then scan/take a picture of the drawing and trace it on the computer. Or get a tablet.
