hey everyone. its been a while since i posted artwork. First ill tell you a bit about her, because she is a character for my manga. 9.5/10 Love the dress and the hair!!!
The only things that bug me are the feet and stomach. The feet/toes look a bit abnormal and the stomach is pretty skinny and long.
Other than those, love it! I think it fits the description perfectly c:

I'm gonna give you the whole sha-bang here... lol

But a couple things, the hair. It is pretty, but I advise to make it more flow-y looking if it's flowing in the wind. You have the direction correct, but, I don't know it looks kind of stiff to me. And about the arm that is up by her face, the elbow is too pointy and the the folding up part of the arm looks a bit too skinny. Just bend your arm like that and take a look how it looks like; you'll understand what I'm saying.

I really like how you drew her legs and feet though. And omg, especially the ankles. You drew the collar bone, shoulder and neck very nice. Her face looks flawless and the bangs are perfect. The dress was beautifully drawn and has a nice flow to it. It does fit the description very well.

ahhhhh! for some reason i thought you quit fantage forum. yayaya! anyways back on topic, how would i make her hair more flowy? i wouldnt want to many stray hair peices because then it would look wiered. i get the elbow part though. thanks a bunch.
