IGNORE THE EYE. I KNOW IT'S SLANTED, GIANT, AND THE SHADING SUCKS. I GOT THAT DOWN.

well judging on how hard it is to create that type of hair im not going to judge the shading is really good on her hair . and the ouutline of her face is a tad dark but overall great

It's good, I like the hair, but the head still needs a shape. Heads aren't circles. Ignoring the eyes, the mouth and nose need some work...mouths aren't slanted, and her nose seems to be facing the wrong way.

Yeah, I'm focusing on shading right now, I'll eventually start to work towards the head shape and porportions.
The picture I was looking at was slanted. :T
