| Not bad, though I think it looked better without the 'sparkle' effect. The sparkle doesn't even look like glitter or sparkle. It just simply blurred the picture.
I suggest that if you ever draw her again, that you make the arms a tad bit shorter, give her a chin, eyebrows...
Overall I think you're very good at drawing for a... 90-year old? x'D
