Ok... first- I already read the rules. And second- I'm a little "eh" about these questions: "Do I have to make a new forum to start a conversation?" and "Does everything on here have to be about Fantage?" Those would be my only two questions and if you could answer them that would be great.

Not everything has to be about Fantage. On the homepage you can see there are different categories and near the bottom of the page there is an area specifically for non-Fantage-related discussions.
You don't need to make a new thread to start a conversation/discussion unless there's a topic you would like to talk about that isn't active right now. If you're going to make a new thread make sure you post it in the right category. There are a bunch of threads active right now and you can post in those and contribute to the discussions.

Play? This is a forum, not a game. There is no way to "play" a forum. A lot of us aren't even on Fantage any more. Try PMing a moderator.
