Looking for someone who can make me a banner..?

Well I cant make banners. At all. I have GIMP but no idea whatsoever how to use it. I have paint too, but I don't know how to resize in paint or anything.. I'm just not the artistic type, I guess. Well not on the computer anyways, I'm better at drawing.
Anyways, I would love if someone could make me a banner with my avatar saying
"Sometimes a warrior. Mostly a dreamer. Always and forever me."
And add anything else you want. I would like it if you could use a lot of the color blue and make the font.. well that, you can decide!
