Bad side:
There is no shading, so it looks kind of goofy there.
The blush is kind of too dark. Try for a lighter color, but darker than the skin.
There are no whites for her eyes so that makes it look HUGE.
There is no collarbone, so she looks like she has no neck bone.
There are NO Eyebrows.
The mouth is too on the side
Good side:
The hair is well shaped and thought out.
The eyes are very even.
Your style is VERY nice and unique.
The skin tone was a good pick.
The shirt looks something like someone would wear out of their house.
The chin is shaped well
