Those are called lanyards, I think. I have a ton of those and they're super easy to make. c: Could you tell me if you're starting one (and you have string to start it with) or if you have one already started, like in the pic?

It is lanyards. I've made several already. It's hard to explain... But there are two easy ones I learned called the box stitch and circle stitch or something. I really don't know how to explain. Boondoggle does help.
