Im okay..watercolor painting .rate & critique

this is an artwork i created yesterday. it was originally a picture of singer called Dara from 2ne1, but i was not happy at the moment, hence this was the result. Its supposed to be a girl that has been abused and simply just smiles and tells others shes okay. it was supposed to be very symbolic but..oh well please rate and critique
note that all the pink in the back was originally red. and i know i messed up the ear.

i like how you draw it.. i love the hair the eyes and its lips but the ears is little so you should make it little bigger.. :3

I love it! The eyes, the colors, just the ears though. They should be bigger and not on the head. but good job! 9/10
