Is selling a fantage account legal?

My pd is looking to sell her account but she's not sure if its legal.. it still has members on it and all.. she quit so is it legal?

well, It is legal i sopose... But i doubt anyone would buy it cause they dont know if she is lieing or not and all... And why would someone buy an account if they can make their own account and buy a member ship for it... If shes selling it... good luck to her

I'm sure it's not illegal, but I doubt anyone would want to pay anything more than $15 dollars for something like that. Your friend won't make a lot of money off of it, if that's the reason she's selling. But me personally, I wouldn't sell it, even if I were quitting. I still have my CP account from a while back, and every now and then I go on just for fun.

Well you can sell accounts but i recommend not to Perhasp just sell an accounts with very rare items from 2007 or something if you sell your account that still has member in it well you know they can change the pass and you cant cancel the membership and she will have to pay for it

actually if its ur email u can change the pass they wont b able to change the pass actually

I just spoke with her this afternoon, and she says that she is WILLING to sell it for around 10$. She doesn't want to play at all anymore. She says she has 2 weeks of membership left and the subscription is already cancelled.

I also confirmed her with this stuff:
She is NOT a beta member
The only limited items she has is the wild west stuff, sorry guys!
She has 300,000+ stars and 1,000+ ecoins.
She has NOT used a magic code on any pet at all.
She is level 220+ ... not that high, but yet again she has only lvl 1 veteran medal
She has Every single item in the game that is not limited, and she has all the rare gem items.

So yea, if you guys are offering contact me and I will call her about it.

Oh and she also said that she will change the email on it to your email so when you get the confirmation email its official yours..

I would buy it, but I only have 4$. Sorry!

lol hwo would buy an online virtual world account? its like me buying a card from someones bank account that has $2,000? but in my case that money is actually real and worth something ^^^^

disassemble any materials found on this site to any third party without
the express prior written permission of Fantage.com.

So technically you have to get permission from Fantage.

i dont think its legal but when i get $10 ill PM you i spent my birthday money on stuff for school

umm i think that would be illegal to sell it if it says u cant in the terms and conditions. usually if its in there and they catch you, you can get sued - for a LOT

if it's illegal, she won't sell of course ><
