Lineart of a girl [critique plz ;u;

Haha, ok it's not a girl. It's Luka, a boy that looks like a girl. On purpose. So please, don't critique on his feminine looks :">
And also the lineart, so messy as usual. I'm cleaning it up as much as I can.
Don't tell me the head looks way large for the body either, I already know that. And I won't change it. This complete lineart took me 19 hours altogether D:<

I use mouse and not a tablet. My mouse began to act weird after a while and it's still not working properly. and this is a .jpg, ok? Don't kill me >:U

Well.. The reason of that is because I have art block right now.. I'm trying to get rid of it as well as making a nice picture.
And my anatomy is always horrible anyways, and messy . w .
