The cat and the butterfly- A short story by Kawaii Maker
Good morning, I am here to tell you the story of 2 peop- Animals.
A cat,
and a butterfly.
You may ask yourself, what the heck do a cat and a butterfly have anything to do with one another?!
Well, let me awnser, the first little clue is the story of these two animals.

-Oh butterfly, The butterflys story.

The butterfly, was a beautiful eastern tailed blue butterfly.
She would get the prettiest butterfly boys, and could make friends with any butterfly she met.
Yet, the butterfly was lonely. For none of the butterfly boys would appeal her,
and she had no REAL friends.
She would flutter with a ton of butterfly friends, and feel no sensation.
Nothing!
So the butterfly, one day she told her butterfly friends,
"Im leaving."
All of them were shocked, trembling and whispering into one another.
None of them knew WHY the prettiest, most popular butterfly would leave!
Who would?
So the butterfly flapped her small wings, for a FRIEND, was she going to look for.

Cave Cat- The Cats story.
The tale of the cat, is a bit different.
The cat lived in a cave, with no company but the tourists that at times would play with her.
The tourists found it fun, but the cat, plain old annoying.
So she would usually just sit, wondering if something exiting would ever happen to her.
Wondering,
no guarantee.

The Butterfly comes.
So, our dear friend the butterfly, flapped, flapped, flapped.
Swoosh, swoosh, swoosh.
Until she got so tired she decided to rest.
A cave she saaw, and thought it would be great to sleep there!
For no annoyance, no fangirls, just peace.
The butterfly layed down in a small rock.
And suddenly, the cat came.
Her sleek gray fur slowly swishing.
She stared at the butterfly for a few secounds, then layed down.
ANd for some reason, still stared at the butterfly.

Forming Friendship
The butterfly would stay in the rock, for she was very tired.
I mean, who would travel all over from the fresh green butterfly kingdom, to a deep black cave, and not be tired?!
SHe would stay there for a day, then another, then another.
Until one day, the cat approached her.
"Are you dead?" The cat would whisper.
And the butterfly, smiled.
"no."
The butterfly slowly took steps and stared at the cat.
"Well, after a long sleep, I need to gain my health again."
The cat smiled.
"Come with me."
And the two hurried outside the cave, where the cat tld our butterfly friend all the exersizes for her.
Running up trees, wing-ups, and even a lap around the cat.

Plain Old Fun.
It became a regular routine for the two of em to "Exersize"
Which soon just turned to fun and games.
Races, leap frog, and tree cutting was the favorite activites of the animals.
The butterfly realized the cat was a true friend,
the cat realized the butterfly was a true friend.
And that feeling never stopped.

Farewell.
One day, the cat told the butterfly that she was ready to go out to her next destination.
That the cat was too old for the young, beautiful, insect.
The butterfly was shocked, for she loved the cat, no matter what.
But she crawled out, afraid of the death that might one day crawl the hallways.
She stared at the trees they played on,
At the ground they raced on,
And at the beautiful Red-Orange sky, that would hang above her every day.
She climbed up the tree, and flew away.

End.
The cat pranced outside, for she had alot more encouragment after that incident.
She smiled.
"My friend is off to bigger things now."
She would mumble to herself every night,
and fall asleep.
Exept, she didnt wake up one day.
And stayed like that.
Coincidentally, she passed away on the tree the butterfly had climbed,
the leaves falling down slowly on her gray face.

Visting.
A year had passed.
The butterfly decided to visit, for the cat had gave her hope.
She rushed to the tree that she had climbed,
and was surprised to find the cat there.
"Are you dead?" The butterfly whispered.
No response.
----

Its supposed to be short.
