You live in a small city in a country called Livius. The country is divided in 15 states, only 4 of them have a beach. You live in one of those, (everyone in the RP lives in the same state.) The states are separated by tall stone walls and you may not leave your state. People from other states can't visit foreign states. A earthquake happens at sea, causing a tsunami and the most affected state is yours. Everything has been broken and the rescue team from other states aren't allowed to help you. What do you do? survive.

Short Bio (optional): She lives with her grandmother, since her parents are divorced and she doesn't like living in a tense household. She has only one brother, but he's twenty-four and part of a gang. He doesn't care about her.
Picture/Description: Serenity has long white hair, reaching her waist. She also has bangs. She has dark chocolate brown eyes, and thin eyebrows. She has long eyelashes. She usually wears frilly things; things that are lacy and white. She almost never wears shoes, and when she does, there white flats.
