She was removed from her parents at a fairly young age because of domestic violence and child abuse. She was a foster kid until Miss Kinnian, the local librarian, decided to adopt her. She spends a lot of time in the library. She reads up on electrical circuiting and weapon tactics to help her survive the purge.
ANYTHING ELSE?
Eve has to sneak out during the purge because Miss Kinnian forbids her to participate. A classic killing move for Eve is to electrocute her attackers with her fingertips. (Hidden copper wires and such.)

PERSONALITY? Tally is cold, selfish, and tends to be stuck in the past. If someone gets in her way, she just kills them. There's no time to be happy. She's only happy when she pretends to be as her cover-up. She hates just about everyone, and won't allow anyone to stop her from doing what she wants.
APPEARANCE? She has straight, auburn hair, and brown eyes. She is fairly pretty, good for manipulating others. She usually wears all black, but wears pastel colors when she's using her alter ego.
BIOGRAPHY? When Tally was young, her family hosted a reunion, where people shot her whole family. Only she could hide, being so young. She went under foster care, but ran away and lived life as a criminal when she was 17. She used a pseudonym to apply to college. New ID, new everything. No one would suspect she was actually a serial killer. Every year during the Purge, she murders, she steals.
ANYTHING ELSE? She lives in an apartment in Manhattan, and attends Tisch.
