It is 12;19 am at my house. My sister has a sleep over here. They are keeping me up! I know that is normal but I'm so angry!!!

They stool snacks like cookies and they are on my laptop. I told my parents but they are not helping me at all!!! I can hear my sis and her friend down stairs. Can you help me find a way to sleep? Please help me I am so fusterated. Oh and I'm on my ipod right now

They stool snacks?!? Lol that sounds... nvm xD but um i'm srry about them keeping u up Sad It's 12:28 A.M. right now at my place so ur not the only one! Smile I slept at 2 A.M. on friday and had to wake up at 9 AM Sad but um hmm... a way to get to sleep... alot of people say u shouldn't think or if u were exercising before or u will not fall to sleep. I agree with the exercising part but for me. For the thinking... maybe close ur eyes and think HAPPY thoughts and then u will drift to sleep. Smile Don't think about bad stuff! Only the positive side Smile Hope this helped and srry about all this writing! D:
