New Art Improvement

So I used my new Christopher Hart drawing book to make this:

Rate and critique please! (Except for the hands, I'm not that good at hands, and I know they look too small.)
It was also scanned in a weird way, so it looks too big. And the head is huge.

It's nice! I like how the hair is divided into sections :] and I absolutely love the wings and the fingers.

Critique:
The folds need some work. I see you have the direction for the folds ( her dress is blowing to the right) which is good, but the folds don't look realistic. However, you're getting on the right track, so keep practicing c:

Yes the head is huge, making the waist seem small. Do you use any guidelines for drawing? Like lines or polygons? They help construct the drawing more correctly.

The top of the head should be more rounder. It look kind of flat here

I can tell you have a lot of potential. Keep on drawing! <3

Thank you. I still need to figure out how to do folds, that's my biggest weakness.

Thank you. That is one of the few hand poses I can draw.

The hair is beautiful, I love the pose and the mood of the drawing especially.

There's seems to be a point just near the forehead. It should be either flat or round. I don't know, I'm terrible ad drawing side views.

The marker that goes over the lineart is kinda messy at places.

Folds have already been mentioned o W o

When I look closely, there's a few smudges here and there. The pupil goes out from the lower eyelid.

I actually think the hand is pretty nice. I agree it could be like half an inch larger.

Other than that, I'm unsure on how to critique since I'm not even as good as that for sideviews myself. By the way, I don't know how yor using that book for help.. But if I were you, I'd only be using the book for anatomy references but not your own style. You should develop your drawing style by refering to actual photography, etc.. And by drawing style I mean clothes, colouring, facial features, hair, etc..
