Magical Children- PRIVATE RP

In modern day Osaka, monsters and demons crawl the city, causing depression, anxiety, fear, suicidal thoughts and death to its citizens. These monsters are not visible to normal humans, only to those with magical powers. A boys and girls with magical auras, better known as Magical Children in legends but as "Demon Fighters" in the community of the children, protect the city by fighting the monsters and demons, transforming their outfits and defeating them without a trace, so no one knows who they are, only that they are there. All of the magical children fight with weapons, and though some fight with wands and staffs, most have slightly more unusual weapons, a famous team of magical girls called the "Star Trio" weapons consisted of: A boomerang, a fork, a lance. All magical children use these weapons to fight physically and also to summon magic, the type of magic used depends on the wish granted for the child. The wish also decides their weapon and how their outfit looks like. (See more on wishes later)

You may be wondering, well, how do these children become magical girls/boys? Well, in Osaka, a light blue, deer-like creature called Ringo discovers the children, and asks them to become magical girls/boys in exchange for any wish they want. Their magic power differs by person, and even the silliest wish can create a powerful magical child. For example, one of the most powerful magical boys in the world simply wished for an endless cake. It sounds like a great deal, fighting evil and getting a free wish, but something dark seems to be happening in all the magical children business, and everything may not be as nice as it seems to be.

Name: Hanako Izumi
Age: 14
Gender: Chick
Appearance Description: Black hair that reaches a bit after her shoulders, bangs that stop at the eyebrows with a razor-like precision. Has a slight squint that makes all of her facial expressions look like disgust.
Personality: Very picky and demanding. Is able to take a joke, but can't really tell one. Somewhat short-tempered, she isn't very tolerant of people mixing work with play (she's fine if they keep them separate though). She's from a low middle class family that is very, very stingy, having clawed their way up the social pyramid by themselves, and that's where she gets her finickiness from.
What did they wish for: Anytime she wants to buy something, she pulls her hand into her pocket and has the exact amount of cash.
Magical child outfit description: Lots of green/brown/blue and yellow. Not too frilly or anything.
Magical power: Can magic objects from thin air and change their velocity

Name: Katsumi
Age:14
Gender: Female
Appearance Description: Katsumi is a pale skinned girl, with dyed white hair, frayed at the edges, and dark blue eyes. Usually shows a displays smile. She has a blue tattoo of a outline of an abstract phoenix, on her arm.
Personality: A stubborn, sarcastic, and mildly rude girl. Highly arrogant, Katsumi will usually be hard to get along with. However if you get to know her, she will be a dedicated and honorable friend. Loyal to the end, the words "betrayal" will automatically disgust her. She is also a rebellious person, willing to fight.
Biography:She was born and raised in a rich family. Spoiled since birth, her parents watching every step she made, Katsumi was very lucky. However she had a desire for freedom, to make her own choices. Her parents tried to raise her like a doll, calm, quiet, precious, and 'perfect'. Katsumi did NOT like this at all. So she started changing her physical appearance, to mark out her own identity, displeasing her parents. Katsumi will go out of the house and do her own thing whenever given the chance to escape from her parents for a tiny bit. Marking her own identity made her not very popular in school, and has little friends due to her rude nature.
What did they wish for: For independence,and freedom.
Magical Child Outfit Description: Oh god this is going to be REALLY hard to describe. Meh I feel like drawing it. Here goes nothing She wears a short sleeveless dark blue dress. Above it is a sleeveless cream colored feather cloak, with a huge wing button, to keep it together. She wears a headband, with wings on the top, and is bare foot, and there is a broken silver chain tied at her right ankle.
Weapon: A silver chain, decorated with blue jewels. She usually will fasten it with a cuff on the left hand.
Magical Talent: Katsumi can influence others to make certain choices. This opposes her desire for freedom.
Power Level: 7
Roleplay Example:
Dumbfounded she was staring at the deer thing, Ringo or what ever he was called, she wondered.
Was it really possible for her to get what she wanted? Was it possible she had the potential of saving others? All her life, her parents wanted her to do what they said, to never make choices for herself. It was interesting. But this creature, proposed something desirable. Her heart longed for it and Katsumi was tempted for it more than anything. An adventure would change everything. That is what she wanted and needed.
Closing her eyes for a moment, sighing. She touched her heart and opened her eyes, looking at the odd creature. Silence stood for a while, and she took a deep breath.
"I'll do it. I will devote myself to the cause." She knelt down and looked the the creature. It was a deal.

Name: Alice
Age: 12
Gender:Female
Appearance Description: Auburn hair, dark brown eyes, pale-ish skin, little thin
Personality: Outgoing, talkative, sweet-ish.
Biography: She grew up in Osaka, her family never believed in magic. She was the only one that was called childish in her family. She believed in all magical stuff wizards, warlocks, fairies, pixies, and brownies. She took karate but she made it to the black belt and felt incomplete she wanted something more than a symbol.
What did they wish for: To be a ninja
Magical child outfit description: Black robe, purple face mask, black socks, on the robe there is a green tree by the top on her right shoulder, the robe has little purple swirls, dark purple gloves, last but not least a tiny dark purple bow

Roleplay Example: Alice looked at this thing coming closer and closer. She blinked twice incase she was seeing stuff. She looked at it again and saw a deer? The deer thing clearly wasn’t stopping she looked at it again. The deer spoke something about being a magical child for one wish. She thought about that wish about what it would be... Alice anything in the world you could have with this one wish a thing you have been dreaming about. She finally came with the answer she whispered “I want to be a ninja.”

Name: Melody Grey
Age: 16
Gender: Female
Appearance Description: Long black hair, with very pale skin. She has green eyes, and pink lips.
Personality: Melody Grey is a very gloomy girl. She is always looking for a way to be happy, but can never seem to be. Sometimes she is happy, but it is most-often that she is the only one around.
Biography: Melody grew up in her family's three bedroom apartment her whole life. Mostly all of her memories are sad and blue, helping her family through hard times. Her family always lived in the poor side of the town, because her family never had enough money. Melody lives with her mother, two younger brothers, and one younger sister. She is the oldest of her family (besides her mother). Her mother was always at work, and her dad left her family when she was very young.
What did they wish for: She wished for happiness.
Magical child outfit description: Pink dress with a emerald necklace. It has light pink trimming all around it too. On top of that it has glitter everywhere. She wears on her feet, fun little boots.
Weapon: Emerald Green Ring
Magical Talents: Magic at her finger-tips, she can make things that are dark/sad to happy, and use light magic (nothing dark like turning things into rats etc.).

has fiery red hair and light grey eyes,she isn't traditionally pretty
nor she is ugly.She has chubby red cheeks and some freckles near her
nose.Shes tanned and has nice red lips.She always keeps her hair in two
braids laying firmly on her chest.Her tips are tied purple/sometimes
even black.Her clothes she were's most often is a black dress,with
white strips and a black bow tie on her neck.
Personality:Ariella
is very rude,she doesn't get along with her father though she does
have a soft spot for him.Ariella is also very stubborn she doesn't like
school at all she always cuts her classes and ignores the teachers and
doesn't even do school homework.Ariella...She is SUPER AGGRESSIVE.One
little word/hit and she'll go rage mode on your character she doesn't
play especially when it comes to her family.
Biography: Ariella was very happy and nice when she was younger everything was fine till her mother died nothing has been the same,her dad started gambling and started to drink.Ariella's father has been arrested 3 time and is on probation.Ariella is doing all she can to keep her father safe,but it doesn't mean she enjoys it.
What did they wish for: She wished that she can protect the people around her.
Magical child outfit description: Ariella's dress is dark purple with black polka dots on it,she has ruffles at the bottom of her dress along with white lines.Its opened around her chest but not so much that you can see her chest fully,she has a black bow tie just like her original outfit she usually wears.

Name: Tabitha Moore
Age: 16 years old
Gender: Female
Appearance Description: Has long, straight light hazel hair with side bangs. And her hair is normally tied in a side ponytail way. Slightly big green eyes, lightly tanned skin. She has some freckles on her face. And normally wears light blue skinny jeans, rainbow converse sneakers, a moustache shirt, and denim sleeveless vest.
Personality: Talkative, depressing, outgoing, can be a complete airhead, annoying, happy, freaks out easily, immature sometimes, fun - loving, can complain a lot and gets dramatic, emotional, snobbish, and rude when you offend her in any way or try to do something she dislikes.
Biography: Tabitha is a talkative girl, she talks non stop and can be very annoying. Tabitha can get freaked out easily, just loosing a piece of paper can get her blood flowing and panic or freak out. She's always happy so she can hide her true feelings. She can't really keep secrets since she would blab them at some random person near her. Tabitha gets depressed or embarrassed easily and will just curl up on a ball for hours and hours. She's an adoptive child and has always been wishing to know who she really was or to just have peace in her life for once. Tabitha likes the dirt and dirty things. But when it comes to athletics and school work she can be very lazy and always tends to fail those subjects. Science is the only best subject she's best at because you can get a little dirty, sometimes. People avoid her and tease or gossip things about her because they're either grossed out somehow or just plain annoyed about what she does. Tabitha sometimes can be the opposite of herself. The opposite of herself is being really emotional, dramatic, snobbish and rude. But that only happens when someone gets in her way and or do something she dislikes. Tabitha also tends to wear bright colored things a lot so most people call her a hippie or something related to that. Lastly, Tabitha isn't mature like she's suppose to at this age, she's more of a fun loving, complaining, and immature type of girl.
What did they wish for: To have peace in her life just for once.
Magical child outfit description: Her hair is a normal side ponytail but with a five strand braid and some hair braided to look like a headband. She wears a rainbow colored peace sign barrette on the hair near the right temple of her head. A frilly waist dress with rainbow colors and one has a long sleeve and one has no sleeves just a strap. White leggings, one of the leggings' height goes up to her knee and one goes up to her ankles. She wears 80's leg warmers rainbow with normal rainbow colored converse shoes with white decorative wings. And a white carrying belt for her katanas.
Weapon: Long dual katanas.
Magical Talents: - Be able to make anyone filled with joy or laugh and be happy for a long time..

Roleplay Example:

Tabitha was confused and delighted at the same time. The light blue deer like creature who was happened to be named 'Ringo' was pretty convincing.

"So if you're asking me this instead of any person else, can be a demon fighter in exchange for a wish that can only happen in my dreams.. Then I must be special, right?" She says asking with a wondering face turning into a sparkly over excited type of face.

Tabitha had to accept, it was the only way to know who she really was and or to have peace in her life just once without worries, doubts, and regrets. Tabitha felt special, everyone was annoyed with her and this deer asked her to be able to be a magical girl/demon fighter instead of this girl in her class who was always perfect but had an ugly soul or some other person.

"I accept." She says, actually being serious about something, "I wish.. I wish.. I wish to actually have peace in my life just once or more!"

Name: Aika Takaran
Age: Thirteen
Gender: Female
Appearance Description: Her pale white skin seems to remind others of a ghost--someone dead. On the contrary, her dark red hair which is obviously dyed, is pulled back in two long braids with purple ribbons at the end. Her eyes are brown, and there isn't really anything special about them. Aika has thick dark purple glasses, as well. She has some acne, but other than that she has no freckles or anything clouding up her face. More often than not, she'll be seen sporting some type of pullover sweater and jeans. Shorts and skirts aren't really her thing. However, she loves flat slipper shoes.
Personality: Aika doesn't like to share her opinion much. Most of the time, her thoughts are bottled up inside. To be quite honest, most of her thoughts are rude remarks. She thinks quite highly of herself, and Aika believes that everyone at her school is stupid. She keeps to herself, even though she has a small group of friends. She's also extremely picky. She won't settle for something 'unworthy' of her superiority.
Biography: Aika doesn't like clutter. Even though that makes her a hypocrite, she can't stand when her friends' rooms are messy. Her room is buried in things from books, to clothes, to unfinished homework. Her parents are always at work, and since she's an only child she doesn't really have anyone to talk to. Her best friend fell ill a few months ago, and has been in a coma ever since. Since then, Aika has felt isolated from the world. The only person she could go talk to was her friend, and now her closest friends are those she plays games with on her nintendo wii.
What did they wish for: Her friend to get out of the coma
Magical child outfit description: Her long red braids are held back this time with a white ribbon at the end. She sports a long, silver chained necklace with a tiny, pale opal at the end. Her glasses are still there, but much slimmer, even though she can still see as clear as her other glasses were. She has a long white trench coat that is unbuttoned, and the dark coloured buttons fall down in a symmetrical line. It's made of cotton, like her whole outfit. She has a white tube top, and the rims of it are black. In the center of her top, there is some kind of symbol that vaguely represents a heart and two closed eyes, as if someone were sleeping right on her shirt. Her skirt is white with a black belt, and pockets in the front and back. Her thigh high socks are white with a dark trim at the top, to match her boots. Aika has short white boots, only reaching about an inch and a half about her ankle, with a short heel. There's an assortment of buckles and buttons which are black and scattered about in no particular order.
Weapon: Lance (im doing this)
Magical Talents: She has healing powers (limited only to herself however) and she her speed is much greater than an average magical child, due to her wish.

Roleplay Example:A magical child? I suppose it could be cool to save the city and things, but how will I juggle homework and everything else? Plus, how am I possibly going to be able to visit the hospital every day? It's just not possible! I won't have any extra time! She twisted her lips back and looked into his eyes. It was as if they pierced her, she felt quite uncomfortable looking at him. "Hm. I'll think about it soon. I need to think some things over first," started Aika as she twiddled her fingers. Actually, I think I know my answer right now. If I can have one wish, and I could get Kadra ((just thought of a random name right now gomenasai)) out of the hospital, then I'm most definitely going to say yes. I guess I'll tell him tomorrow.

Name: Hattie Nieves
Age: 13
Gender: Female
Appearance Description: Short, curly, almost black hair surrounds her face. Brown eyes with high lids. A perpetually surprised expression. Rather short for her age. Her hands and feet are quite long.
Personality: Energetic, and painfully blunt. She likes to consider all the options and think leisurely before taking action. Cheerful even in dire situations, which may lead others to believe that she is careless. She often complains about minor things, but is secretly an optimist.
Biography: Hattie is the daughter of a famous violinist. She has a fascination with science fiction and astronomy, and has wanted to be an astronaut since she was a small child. She would often play in an abandoned lot whose bleak landscape resembled another planet to her.
What did they wish for: To go to the moon.
Magical child outfit description: Long, heavy boots, an embroidered black vest and metallic leggings. A yellow silk scarf
Weapon: A small crystal ball.
Magical Talents: Control how much gravital pressure she or one other experiences, possible uses might be: flight, surviving high speed movement and altitude, stopping heavy bleeding, possibly using it as a weapon to certain a extent (suffocation?).

Roleplay Example: What, a wish? Hattie half expected this person to disappear in the winds that scattered across the gravel. He seemed a little otherworldly, and had awfully strange ears. This is nonsense, of course! Magical girl indeed, you'd think that I would have known before now. None of this could possibly be real. I'll probably be laughing at myself tomorrow!

She turned a pebble over and over in her hand. There was no need to ponder her wish, she had upon the tip of her tongue what she had always longed for. Many things that are real in this world- seem impossible, don't they? Whether possible or otherwise, this was too wonderful an opportunity to miss.

"Well, my wish is to go to the moon, if that's possible." If this is a dream, it will be a good one. She smiled widely. "Whatever my duties are, I'll give 'em my best shot."

Appearance Description: Short dark brown hair up to approximately her elbow and bangs which's tips are dyed white, and very dark blue eyes. Tan skin, and a little shorter than average.
Personality: she's very kind and sweet, a tad shy but fairly nice. She's a hard worker, and always does things her way, if someone asks to do something for her, she'll say 'no' and do it herself. She can be a little spoiled and greedy sometimes.
Biography: She was born in a weathly family but it all changed when the demons took over. She was separated from her family to get to safety, and she hasn't seen them ever since.
What did they wish for:Having the best singing voice of all.
Magical child outfit description: A light blue top that shows her belly button and a long pink skirt up to her toes, brown sandals and a lot of jewellery, including a necklace, several bracelets on her arms and legs and a headband studded with white and pink crystals.
Weapon: A pastel pink crossbow with dark brown polka dots.
Magical Talents (1-3, related to wish): She can magic-sing to hipnotize people/animals. She is extremely nice to nature and she can control plants.

Roleplay Example (Please roleplay your character being told they have the potential to become a magical child.): She walked unsurely through the forest, and she heard some strange sounds, she felt relieved when she realized those were her footsteps. She sighed and realised she was lost forever, and she saw a strange deer. Unsure of how to feel, she listened closely to its words and gave an answer, still not sure if she was dreaming or not. "Having the best singing voice of all." She whispered, and the deer disappeared into thin air.
