Zombie RP (By Queen and Terezi)

Athena had clutched Luke like a stress ball, even she was scared. That person had a gun-- meaning they could blow her brains in a matter of two seconds. Not to mention any other blades they might have. She looked at her dad. He was sweating off 10 pounds in water weight. She had to admit, it was pretty hot. He had her axe in his right hand. His face looked determined, like he was applying for an important job. But at the same time, he seemed worried.
"Dad, are you sure about this? What if we die?" she managed to say.
"Athena, look." he started walking slower. "This may not be a good choice, but it's probaby the best choice."
She was silent, but he kept on going.
"What do you want us to do? Keep travelling and not upgrade this little 'crew' we have here? Honestly, sweety, it's better we take a risk. Be brave."
Sweety. Of course he would call her that. The more Athena thought about it, the more he sounded right. They had been in the town for about 20 minutes now, and already things weren't going well. She kept trying to think of why he was wrong, but she never managed to find a good one. She constantly thought But, what if- and realized it was stupid.

Athena even tried to think of good causes like, Hey, maybe they'll accept us! Maybe we won't die!. But even that sounded unenthusiastic. She kept on strolling, when she saw something in the corner of her eye. She glanced to the side, and saw a zombie. Clearly, it used to be a man. It came toward her at a decent speed, but it limped, like it had a broken ankle or even a leg. Fortunately, there was nothing in its hand.

"Die!" she yelled. She kicked it in the chest. It fell back, and waved its arm in the air, as if struggling to get up. Her dad turned around at the speed of sound. Since Athena had no free hands, she put her heavy-duty boot on its rib. Her dad swung her axe directy at its neck, and it was finished. That was obviously a newbie zombie; for it had squirt dark red blood.
"Sorry," she told him. She didn't mean to yell. It was a force of habit.
"It's fine. Let's take his stuff and go before anything else might come."

"Oh? We're going by car?" Jamie tended to basically walk everywhere, it was actually a common question to ask them 'Hey, how come you aren't dead yet?' to which they'd just laugh awkwardly to. They didn't particularly like cars, just listening to music on them, and that was a very easy way to get killed by one of those humans that simply didn't care anymore.
"You're driving, right? I'm pretty bad at driving.. I mean, I never got to learn because.." They once again drifted off to their thoughts, then stopped. "So, yeah, you drive! Do you want me to sit on the front or back?"
Running towards her, they waited for an answer.

"Whatever you want," she said turning her head to them, "Just realize... I uhhh... I drive fast and sometimes recklessly... so... wear a seat belt." She was now at the truck and quickly grabbing her stuff from he bed of the truck into the back seat behind the driver's seat. Like a cat, she jumped into the front seat and closed the door,and began putting her seat belt on.

She plugged the key into ignition and turned it, happy to hear the dull roar escape the hood of the car. Pleased that the truck had started on on her first try, she thanked God she had found the thing with it's key. She unlocked the doors and opened the windows, watching as Jamie was running over to the truck.

She changed Luke's position and placed him over her left shoulder. He giggled a bit. "Shh," she said calmly, and pat his back. She took her free hand and pat the dead zombie's jacket pockets. There was a lump in it. "I found something," she told her dad. He stopped searching and looked at her hands. When she dug in the large pockets, there turned out to be a lighter in it. She tested it, and it lit a small fire. "Score!" she exclaimed in a raspy whisper.
"That all?" Dad asked, ready to go. He had only one of his backpack sleeves on.
"Shouldn't we take his shoes or something?"
"I wouldn't want to wear a zombie's shoes. Too small, anyway." he said, and scrunched his nose. "Let's go."
Athena got up from her kneeling position. They set out and continued looking for the source of the gunshot. She remembered she had heard it near the pastel house up the road. There seemed to be fog around that area specifically. Maybe it was just a coincidence.

Mila continued running around the town, struggling to avoid any zombies. She had spotted one behind her, but didn’t bother to kill it. She couldn’t risk shooting it and being found by more zombies and besides that, if there really was someone else out there, she’d rather find them than have them find her. Mila continued to run as quickly as she could, not paying any attention to her surroundings. Before she knew it, she had run straight into a very large, foggy area. She held her breath.
‘Crap…’ she thought, trying to remain as still as possible. If she made too much noise, a zombie could locate her and she wouldn’t be able to see it, which wouldn't be good considering the fact she was trying to stay alive.

Athena, looking up, saw a dark figure in the fog, standing still in an awkward position. It was distorted, but she could still tell it was either a human or a zombie.
"Dad," she tapped him on the arm.
"What?" he said, still sweating and looking down.
"Do you see that thing up there, or is it just my horrible sight?"
His head shot up, and his eyes widened. "I think that's the guy who fired the bullet. Didn't it come from over there?"
"Yeah," she said slowly, switching Luke's position to her other shoulder.
"Hide behind the house, quick!" he ran and slid halfway behind a pastel colored house. She followed him.
"What are we gonna do, dad?"
"I don't know. Been a long time since I've seen a human."

Mila tiled her head to one side, perking her ears up. She could have sworn she heard someone talking off in the distance, but she wasn’t so sure. She heard the noise again and decided it was definitely someone talking. There was no way it could be a zombie, zombies were mostly silent aside from some groaning noises. It couldn’t have been an animal, either, so it must have been a human. She would have called back out at the voice, but she didn’t want to risk it at the moment. Whoever it was could have much more fighting ‘resources’ than her, and she definitely wouldn’t want to get on their bad side if they did have a generous amount of weapons.

Thana poked her head out the window and glowered at this guy-- well she didn't actually know this guys gender, but after some thought the decided to think of them as a guy... A very feminite guy. Of course she wouldn't call them a guy... They may be female and she didn't want to be rude.

"Hurry up slow poke," she said revving the engine, "other wise the zombies are Gunna getcha." She honked the horn as if to prove her point. She didn't like staying in the same place for a long time and with all their talking and her shouting she feared that she may have sealed their fates with a careless kiss. She knitted her eyebrows, something she did a lot of when she was nervous or thinking and right now she was nervous.

"Huh?" Jamie looked back down, almost surpirsed. "Oh, oh god, sorry!" They had almost completely stopped running, but soon was on the front passenger seat in the truck. "It's ok if you drive fast, I've dealt with fast drivers, haha! My mum was one." Their face was almost uneasy, but it wasn't really all the big.

"So, we're going to where you started, right? It'll help more, then.. Because I'm not really sure where I started, I just kinda, walk everywhere... Haha..." Their backpack placed in their lap, they began to sort of play with their hair, tugging at the ponytail earnestly. Their temporary partner's hair was blonde and long, kind of what you'd except a zombie movie heroine to look like. Theirs was just kinda odd. "How far do you think it is?" Jamie asked.

Caroline ran, and cut behind the yards of some houses. She tripped several times, but she was wearing her safety vest and heavy duty boots. She saw about three figures: A girl, a father, and a baby. At first she thought they were zombies. She fell to the floor. " Just finish me now, zombie!"

"About a mile or two. I came here after a I crossed a small creek and bridge and went down the dirt road here," she said while drivin onto what was once a well worn road taken over by thistles and the occsinal rotting body of a zombie she had run over. "We should then pass a few stores and stuff and then, hopefully, a tourist office."

She slowly began to let the truck pick-up speed and eventually they were racing over the brambles and bumps. She smiled with the thrill of driving so fast, before his had all happened she had been a pretty good street racer in her home town. "So," she said nonchalantly, "What brings you out here?"

Caroline quickly picks up her pipe, and runs down the road. She doesn't keep watch for cars, because she suspects there are none. Unfortunately, she runs through the street just as a car is racing down the road.

"Um.. I don't really like working in teams, I mean, you never know when someone can shoot you, right.. That or they keep trying to find out.. Stuff, and i just get annoyed and leave them! And since I never learnt how to drive, I just sorta walk everywhere, haha.. Good exercise, I guess! You?" Jamie looked towards the car window, noticing a girl passing their car.
"Hey... There's a girl, Thana..." Jamie said it almost nonchalantly, they were nervous most of the time, but in a slightly selfish manner. When it came to others they never really reacted strongly.

Caroline froze in the middle of the road, holding her pipe up to her chest. Blood trickled down her forehead; Her pipe had whacked herself when the zombie almost killed her. It dripped into her mouth and onto her skirt, but she didn't bother putting a bandage on it because it took too much time.

((im a bit confused, you never mentioned a zombie.. please make sure you know were you are, lucky, and don't interrupt roleplayers when they were obviously trying to talk to each other ex: me and relora.)

Thana glared at the stupid girl in the road, "Sorry, I'm listening just hold that thought." Thana then abruptly applied the break and swerved past the stupid girl onto the side of the road. "What an idiot..." she whispered angrily with a few swears peppering what couldn't be heard. She instantly thrust open the truck door and slammed it shut. "Hey kid, didn't any body tell you to watch the raid before you crosses." she was rather ticked off, this girl just wastedr precious one and put unnesesary stress on the already worn-out tires.

Caroline raised her eyebrows. " Sorry, It's not like I was getting chased by a zombie or anything and almost got killed! Next time I'll check because I have PLENTY of time!"

Screams, in a direction that Athena couldn't be sure of, came across them. They were muffled and she couldn't tell what they were saying. She backed up against the house.
"Dad," she said, holding Luke's pudgy fingers. "are we going to die?"
He didn't reply for a few seconds. "No," he gulped. "we're going to be fine, okay?" Suddenly, he snapped out his nervousness, and with a louder, more determined tone, said, "Just don't show them that you're a threat. If you think they'll hurt you, you better pull out your gun."

At this point, she was terrified, and he was sweating even more than usual. But she nodded, and walked, hunched, toward the fog. She reached for her gun in her tool belt, making sure it was there. It clicked when she touched it. Dad was almost in perfect column, right next to her, just a few inches off.

"W-Who's there?" she said, louder than expected.

((lucky, you really cant just decide on the times in this roleplay. that's queen and i's decision. you pace it out, slowly. please edit your posts or something, because now you just threw oliver and relora off completely.))

Thana stated at the girl icily. She had half the mind to take any possible supplies, but time was of the essence right now. "Whatever," she said in reply to the girl, "just keep out of my way and close up that wound before you bleed to death. I suggest you rest or something." of course I a zombie got you I wouldn't exactly care she thought. After staring at the girl for a moment more she matched into the truck and started the engine back up. "Even the stupidest of people survived," she exclaimed unhappily. "Now where we're we?" she said as she began to drive off.

She almost felt bad leaving the wounded girl behind, if the girl was smart she might try to follow them.

Caroline blinks, then opens her pack. She carefully wraps the bandage around her head, then puts the rest of the roll away. She zips her bag and flips it over her back, unsure of what to do next.
A small whimper exits her throat.

" Help.."

Jamie looked over at the girl, not really saying anything. It was a quick kill, but god if it was blunt. It seemed like they were the only sneaky killer left in the whole thing. You always had to keep your guard up... It didn't matter if you died by zombie or by car crash, in the end you're still dead. Looking at her, they blinked, then said something rather dumb. "Is that the only weapon you have?" Weapon supply was always important to Jamie, and was core in choosing team members. A duo was always best, but a trio might work.. They weren't sure.
((youre with gandalf and im with relora & lucky, im p sure. kiyoko's alone. also i just noticed lucky's character moved three times??? but im pretty sure she's sticking with me and relora now))
