The 57th Hunger Games! { RP}

(I really thought they would last longer. Let's work out a way to get them back together.)
Court started walking along with the rest of the camp. He picked out Klytie's sleeping bag. "I know where you are!" He yelled, and threw the sleeping bag at Klytie's tree. It landed near Klytie, and got speared with a sharp branch. "Just so you know.. sorry," His voice ran out and he didn't get to say sorry. His lips moved and then he continued walking, running actually, following the stream.

Klytie scrambled away, against the tree, a new sense of fear filling her. She was afraid of Court now. Breathing heavily, Klytie feared she was having an anxiety attack.

Court walked out of Klytie's sight with the Careers. Then he excused himself to 'use the bathroom' however, he came back and used his sword to carve a mockingjay into Klytie's tree trunk. Then he ran back to the Careers, with Clara. "Hey, look, a river!" Clara said. We crossed the river. The water wasn't very deep, but it got up to his thighs. Then they all arrived at the other part of the river, and walked for a long time, stopping to rest, following the river into a green valley. He heard the sound of flowing water and smiled.

Klytie wanted to KILL Court. Her fear turned to anger, but she'd never do something so reckless. Klytie gathered her stuff, and jumped down from the tree. She saw the mockingjay and stabbed her trident into it multiple times, ruining the carving. Angry, Klytie trudged through the forest, keeping her trident tightly in grip. When she reached the river, the same one Court attempted to murder her in, she dived in, going deep down to see if she could find some fish.

Court climbed up a tree and jumped from treetop to treetop. He went along with the Careers, and got deep into the green valley. He found the perfect place to camp in a place where 5 trees met, their branches joined into a floor which was almost perfectly straight. He sat in a corner and covered himself with one of the panther blankets. He huddled with Clara to keep body heat. The sun was setting and the temperatures were dropping quickly and immensely.

Klytie caught a few fish, and came up on land. She set a fire using a match, and cooked them. She took a bite;
the fish was tender and tasteful. She continued eating, and sighed as she was full.

Dixie was able to pull the two arrows out of her skin. The bleeding has stopped, but she was beginning to feel weak. She needed to find a food source. She slowly climbs down the tree, wincing with slight pain. She can hear a stream not too far away. Perfect. That stream definitely has to have some fish in there. She still has her knife, in case she needs to stab anything approaching her. She walks carefully towards the stream. However, when she got there, she saw another tribute [Klytie]. Oh no. Is she setting up camp here?

Dixie keeps a low profile as she crawls on the ground. Looks like the tribute isn't aware of her yet.

Klytie shot her head back, and saw Dixie. Quickly, she poised her trident. "I don't want to injure you. I'm sorry for hurting you. The dumb careers tried to kill me!" Klytie began to rant.

Court's legs were still wet from crossing the river. He was very tired. Clara was asleep, her head was on his shoulder. Court sighed and placed his head on the blanket. He fell asleep after some time.

She realized this was the girl she'd injured. Fearing the girl would take revenge, Klytie gathered her supplies and fled her small camp fire, the flame still flickering dimly. Then, she came across the careers; Anger filled her. "I HATE YOU ALL!" She yelled, charging towards them with her trident. She stopped at the right moment, keeping it on Court's throat. She breathed heavily.

Court was breathing heavily. "Get that thing away from me." He said, in a serious way.

"Don't you dare kill him!" Clara yelled, bow and arrow in hand, ready to shoot.

"THEN WHY DID HE TRY TO KILL ME?! I TRUSTED HIM!" Klytie snapped back, attempting to keep the tears back as her voice cracked.

Court stepped back. "Because you wouldn't shut up!" He yelled, eyes watering. "Klytie, I really like you.. just.. you're not helping much.." He said, and sighed. "You've got to be strong." He said, and grabbed Klytie into a strong hug while Clara snatched the trident out of her hands. Court gave Clara a nasty look.

Klytie was about to hug Court back, when she saw Clara take her trident. Anger filled her. She pushed Court away from her, walking towards Clara. She balled her hand up into a fist, her vein popping. "GIVE. IT. BACK!" She yelled, blasting her fist towards Clara's face with great force, hopping she would hit.

{GM tell if Klytie hit!}

Court looked at Klytie and Clara. (assuming it hit) Clara's face turned purple swollen. Court snatched the trident from Clara and handed it to Klytie, disappointed.

{Is he disappointed in Clara? Or Klytie?}

"Thank you." Klytie said, taking the trident. She grasped it in her hand, adjusting her pack on her back as she leaned against a tree.

Court frowned. Then he turned at Klytie."Would you come back?" He asked, holding Klytie's hand.

"Sure. If you don't try to kill me again." Klytie rolled her eyes, cleaning her trident off against her shirt. "Until it's that time where the careers, being the horrible backstabbers they are, turn against each other and try to murder each other." Klytie gave Court a silly smile.

Court sighed, smiled and took Klytie into a big hug. "I.. MissEd you."

"Really? I didn't think you'd say that. I excepted you to try to kill me..AGAIN." Klytie scoffed. However, she was unable to hide the smile creeping up her face.

(sorry shout my grammar. I'm on my phone with stupid autocorrect.)

Clara rolled her eyes. She climbed up the tree and sat on the branch floor.

Klytie turned her head to Clara, smirking. "What? Not used to a few quick ones?" She mocked.

Clara looked down and stuck out her tongue. She rolled her eyes.

Court looked at Klytie and up at Clara. "You won't ever get along, right?" He asked.

Dixie was confused with all of the commotion going on. She decides to ignore it and try to catch some fish. There's one problem though- she doesn't have fishing gear. She'll have to stab a fish with her knife. After many failed attempts, she put the knife aside and tries catching one with her bare hands. The fish was pretty slimy and wriggles out of her hands. Frustrated, Dixie grabs her gear and stomps away in anger. She'll have to find another way to get food.

After a few minutes of walking, Dixie notices a rabbit. She aims her knife at it, and was able to stab it from a distance. She quickly starts a fire. She really didn't care if she attracted other tributes. She guts and cleans the rabbit before cooking the meat over the fire.
