The Coldharts - RP [Remade]

Narcisa smirked and stood up as elegantly as possible. "So how exactly does a youngin' like you manage to get a key to the attic?" She asked getting straight to the chase. She hoped the whole conversation wouldn't last long she was interested in getting to the date she found on her card. Nonetheless, she was perplexed at how Kristara managed to get her hands on the key. Sure it wasn't hard if you had the skill, but it was by no means easy unless you were actually old enough to get a key.

Kristara shrugged and pointed to the old trunk, then to the strange card on top of the trunk, along with Narsica's card. She pulled the key out of her pocket, opening her hand and revealing it. She jerked her hand back after a few seconds, hoping Narsica wouldn't take it and hit her with a lecture on stealing.

Narcisa gave Kristara a ice-cold stare. It was the type of stare that made your spine tingle all over. "Hmm... intriguing really," Narcisa said, lightening up a bit. "Not many people manage to get their hands on one of those." She paced back over to the trunk and snatched up her card and the strange letter with the date. "Well, I'm not one to judge, you really remind mind of myself sometimes.... just a bit more insane really," she smirked at the end of the remark.

Natalie heard quite the commotion going on in the attic. Sometimes I wonder.. She mumbled to herself, as she picked up her Queen of Spades card and clanged onto it as she rushed to the attic. She seen Kristara and Narcisa. Uh-oh..This isn't a good mix.. She thought before speaking, " Is everything alright up there? I heard quite the ruckus from the kitchen!"

Narcisa turned around and her face just went blank. How could I forget to lock the door behind me?No matter, I'll just get out of here quick and easy... "Hmm? Oh that was nothing! Nothing at all..." She kinda cocked her head when she looked at Natalie, no emotion, no expression, just a blank face.

Natalie turned suspicious. " It didn't sound like nothing..Please, Narcisa, Don't tell me you were fighting with Kristara."

Matt left his room, closing and locking the door. He slid down the railing instead of taking the stairs and went outside. The rain had stopped by now, but there was still a substantial cloud cover over the sky. He wondered what the rest of the family was up to, because no one seemed to be in the area. He smiled. This was going to be a great day.

"Fighting?" Narcisa said putting on an innocent face, "Nobody was fighting chickee. Besides, I'm off to go and run some errands." And with that Narcisa turned around gave them the peace sign and left the attic. Annoying girls.... why can't more of the family be more like... well... more like me? As she passed a window she saw Matt outside. She also noticed it wasn't raining. She had better hurry up and get ready, the clouds were still large and ominous.

Kristara nodded and walked back into the corridor. Silently walking back to her room, she passed Matt's and found an arsenal of weapons. Curious, she picked up a knife and and threw it at the bull's eye. It made a deep hole, and hit the middle perfectly. She took the knife out and realized there was a huge hole. She ran away, hoping Matt wouldn't notice.

Natalie glared at Kirstara, batting off her dress. " You have eyes. Use them next time, okay, sweetheart?" Natalie spat, stomping out of the attic.

Narcisa quickly got to her room and changed into clothing that was a bit more appropriate for the time period. She chose a pastel green dress and a long white shawl to wear. She wore simple shoes, no jewelry, and used braids to to tame her long black hair around her face. When she finished she walked down the stairs, out the door, and into the yard. She didn't expect there to be any trouble concerning where she was going. It wasn't unusual for her to do this. People usually assumed she was off to another big party in the past or something, but her days of partying in the past were slowly diminishing, for now she sought adventure.

Kristara wondered around and found a battle arsenal. She walked inside and picked up one of the knives. She threw one into the vull's eye, making a big gash in the middle. Pulling it out, she realized that the candle she gave Matt was on the dresser, and Kristarapanicked. This was Matt's room? She ran outside, hoping she wouldn't be caught. Once she was finally down and out in the garden, she leaded on a tree to catch her breath.

Natalie groaned, stomping upstairs to her room. " Might as well start sewing my fashion collection." She said to herself, sitting down at her sewing table as she unpacked some pastel blue fabric she got from the future. She turned on the sewing machine, then got to sewing. She was working on her first sketch in the collection- a skirt that reached below your hips in the front, and that reached the bottom of your ankles in the back.

Kristara inspected the garden and found Narsica and Matt outside. She acted like she was just taking a stroll around town, and when she turned a corner she started walk over to the yogurt shop, and watched Matt and Narsica from a distance.

Matt walked back into the house, back up to his room. He didn't quite recall the large dent in his target. Maybe he was going insane or something. His knives weren't where he left them, either. The rest of the room seemed okay, but that was somewhat strange. He normally could remember what he was doing for the past week to some extent.

Kristara watched Matt go inside and sensed that there was no point in staying outside anymore. Walking back to the house and going inside, she stared at the many things the other Coldharts have stolen over the years. The Mona Lisa, a few golden trinkets from the vikings, a crown from some king or queen, and other items of historical value. She dispaired to see these items stolen, but society was so used to not having it probably didn't matter whether she returned them or not. Her card was in her pocket, looking brand new, since Kristara never used it. She continued to look at the wonders that have been stolen, ignoring the card in her pocket.

Narcisa watched as Matt went inside and she watched as Kristara followed his lead. She smiled with delight as she realized she was alone and quickly took her card. She held it firmly and thought of the date, August 21, 1803. Not a moment after she focused on the date did the world around her fade into black. A moment later she was in another time. She looked around and smiled. The Coldhart manor was smaller, but no less magnificent. She quickly made her way into the building and began to seach for anybody or anything that would hint to what the letter had said.

Bianca sat on her bed in her room. She decided to stay hostage in her room for a while since it was hot out. She recalled Matt's words to her when she was playing with her playing cards. I'm snappish because of my past fool. Deal with it. Bored, she flipped out her card and decided the house needed some more...prehistoric things in the house. She held the card tightly and she quickly appeared in a giant dinosaur footprint. Dinosaurs were everywhere and they were different than she imagined. Ok Bi, you have to kill just one Dinosaur and take one bone and go home.

"Hey, Kristara." Matt said, turning around. "Is there a reason you're following me like this, or not? It's kind of creepy." He looked at her, awaiting an explanation or something of the sort.

Kristara pointed guiltly at the large gash in the bull's eye. She looked guilty on the outside, but on the inside she felt kind of proud of it. The gash was deep, and it was only about half a centimeter off from the bull's eye. It was a lucky throw, but still a great achivement for her. She shrugged.

Bianca quickly found a dinosaur bone that was left by a t-rex's snack and she quickly grabbed ahold of it. Despite it being 10 feet long, the bone was quite light and she used her card to go back to her time. She quickly appeared in her bedroom with a giant hole in a wall caused by the bone. Little grains of saw dust fell into the pool area below and the bone was much heaver then, causing her to fall back through the hole and into the pool below, the bone falling safely into a giant bush

"So...you're here to admit to me you've been using my stuff." Matt said, not quite sure if he understood what Kristara was gesturing at. "I was wondering where that gash came from. Admittedly it must have been a good throw, but in the future please don't go through my room without permission. Thank you."

Kristara nodded obediently and walked over to her room. Then to the kitchen. Then the living room. Then the attic. Then the parlor. Then the garden. Then back to her room. She groaned in boredom and pulled out her card. She closed her eyes and imagined a time with dinosaurs and prehistoric creatures. She imagined a number: 100 million, no, 101 million. 101 million years back. When annoying cards didn't exist. She opened her eyes and saw a huge triceratops, eating plants and doing whatever. Now what do I do? she thought.
